Waiting-list privacy
VOY-OS is a Linux Stewards project. This page explains how we handle information submitted through the VOY-OS waiting-list form.
What we collect
We ask for your email address and your consent to receive VOY-OS development updates and early-access invitations. We also include the signup page, consent version and any campaign labels in the link you used (such as Facebook or Instagram) with your submission. This helps us understand which posts brought a signup. We do not include the full link query or your browsing history.
How we use it
We use your submission to maintain the waiting list and send the updates you requested. Joining is not a purchase, a product account, or a guarantee of early access. We do not sell the waiting list.
Where it goes
The form is processed by Web3Forms and delivered to the Linux Stewards project inbox. Our hosting and form providers may process technical information such as IP addresses for delivery, security and abuse prevention. This site does not install advertising or analytics cookies.
Your choices
You can withdraw your consent, ask what information we hold, request a correction, or ask us to remove your details by emailing info@voyos.org. Use “Waiting list” in the subject so we can identify your request.
How long we keep it
We keep waiting-list information while it is needed for the development updates and early-access programme you requested. We remove it when you withdraw consent or when the waiting list is no longer needed, subject to any records we must retain.
